Join the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District award-winning volunteer team by becoming a Lake Monitor. Volunteers monitor at Clear Fork, Charles Mill and Pleasant Hill Reservoir. Volunteer add data onto the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District and the Ohio Lake Management Society websites. Equipment provided. Volunteers must have access to the internet.
