DESCRIPTION:America Celebrated 250 years and we’re celebrating 78 years!  \n\n\n\nJoin us for the Annual Celebration at the Ohio Area Agency on Aging District 5\, Hawkins Center\, located at 2131 Park Avenue West\, Mansfield. \n\n\n\n11:30 am: Lunch Buffet \n\n\n\nNoon: Program with District updates and Cooperator and Volunteer of the Year recipients announced. \n\n\n\nBoard Supervisor Voting is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. \n\n\n\nThe Celebration is open to the public. The cost is $25.00 per person and reservations are requested by September 17 at noon. Reserve your ticket below. A convenience fee will be added to your purchase at checkout. \n\n\n\nWe’re looking forward to celebrating with you! \n\n\n\nBoard Supervisor election information below will be updated as details are available.
